Peter Sinden is a senior law lecturer at the University of Western Australia. Peter was admitted as a Barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1977 and as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and Barrister of the High Court of Australia in 1988.

His academic interests extend to both competition law and intellectual property, with a particular focus on the way these two facets of law interact. He has lectured extensively on these subjects.
